Terms of Order

Leave Your WhatsApp: When checking out, you must leave your WhatsApp phone number (must be reachable) in the order remarks. We will send the entry guide and confirmation via WhatsApp.
Entry Guide Dispatch: Upon successful booking, your seats will be locked. The exact meeting instructions will be sent via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to departure.
Absolute Punctuality: Please arrive at our Kowloon Bay base 5 minutes before your time slot. Once the shutters are down, no external entry or exit is permitted. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
