Our Story

Our mission is to ignite a revolution in the world of specialty coffee, pushing boundaries and redefining what it truly means. Have you ever stopped to think about WHY coffee is classified as specialty versus commercial? Is it merely because it scores below 80 on the SCA cupping form? Can those marks genuinely capture the essence of exceptional coffee versus the ordinary? Fueled by these questions, we embarked on a journey to create and deliver coffee that genuinely makes a difference, bringing the true essence of ‘specialty coffee’ to your cup!

Our Team

Every batch undergoes evaluation by our chairman, Leo, while each bag is meticulously packed and inspected by the Kwok Family to ensure compliance with established standards. Our product development and quality control teams consist of consultants who are all qualified Q Graders, the highest global qualification available for a coffee taster.

We have received numerous international awards that affirm our leadership in the coffee industry, particularly in Hong Kong.
