We cater exclusively to a discerning clientele of hotels, restaurants, and workplaces where quality is never compromised. Our coffee beans are hand-roasted in small batches to preserve their unique character and freshness. Each batch undergoes rigorous evaluation by our expert tasting team, who assess aroma, flavor, and balance to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
Only after approval is every bag hand-packed and dated with care—a final testament to our commitment to excellence. For a private consultation tailored to your specific needs, please contact us via WhatsApp or email during business hours. We look forward to crafting a coffee experience worthy of your establishment.
Our dedicated team of coffee roasting artisans practices their craft in the dynamic energy of Hong Kong—the bustling harbor city where Focus Espresso was born.
For years, we have cultivated deep, direct relationships with coffee farm owners, sourcing green beans straight from the farm. Through these partnerships, we have secured exclusive access to certain harvests, which serve as the foundational base for our distinctive espresso blends.
Espresso Blends:
To guarantee optimal performance, our espresso blends are roasted four weeks before shipping. Throughout this essential degassing window, we monitor the beans closely, conducting weekly cupping sessions to verify flavor development and stability—because consistency is our highest priority."
Single Origin Pour Over:
Single origin pour over beans are generally roasted one week prior to shipping. Custom roasting schedules are also available upon client request.
We roast our coffee 4 to 5 weeks before it arrives at your door. After resting in our stocking room for 1 to 2 weeks, the beans reach you in ideal condition—perfectly degassed and ready for exceptional espresso.
This carefully planned schedule ensures that every batch you open is at its peak CO2 level for brewing. By aligning with your daily consumption, you can serve consistently fresh coffee every day, creating a stable and seamless cycle from one batch to the next.
